Acting Took Me To AFRICA!

Sharon spent 3 magical weeks in Rwanda making ART! 6 actors from The B.R.I.D.G.E Theatre Project and 6 from Africa's Masharika Creative and Performing Arts Group collaborated on a project where we wrote 3 new plays with Rwandan children, directed the children in plays written by kids from Ecuador, Nepal and the US, and then we created and performed a piece that interwove the plays written by the Rwandan kids...phew.

The performances were part of The Ubumuntu Theater Festival at The Genocide Memorial with an audience of over 4,000 people.
