About Sharon:

With over 20 years of performance experience on stage, screen and voicing commercials and industrials, I have recently expanded my creative work to include audiobook narration.

I was classically trained at Tisch School of the Arts. I’ve appeared on TV shows on NBC, The CW, Nickelodeon, CBS, and Disney+. I’ve voiced commercials for everything from Clorox to Ralph Lauren and performed on stage in NY, Chicago, and Los Angeles.

The strength, intelligence and wry sense of humor in my voice makes funny female memoir and romantic comedy a natural fit. My training as a life coach makes self-help a no-brainer. I love stories that reveal the inner workings of women from often underrepresented cultures and communities. I want to immerse myself in characters who are rebels, outlaws, and women before their time in genres like women’s fiction, fantasy and YA. When not performing or in my VO booth I work as an International Arts Educator (South Central Los Angeles, Rwanda, Africa and DRC, Africa).

I’m a member of: SAG-AFTRA, AEA, and Audio Publishers Association.

The list of people I’ve trained with for acting and voiceovers is laughably long. I have studied audiobook narration with coaches including Christina Rooney, Elise Arsenault, and Marc Cashman.

Additional special skills include: Expert Google-er (everything is figure-out-able), detailed communicator & emailer, and the wildly useful skill of burping on command.
